WALDEN WINTERFEST
Come and enjoy the Walden WinterFest on Saturday, March 10 from 6 :30pm to 10 :00pm at the State Highway Theater, 402 E. Main Street, Buena Vista, CO . "An Evening in Bavaria", set a small ski village inn, is the celebrated theme of the evening.
The Walden WinterFest includes live and recorded music, dancing, a hearty German Dinner, plus silent and live auctions featuring very special items such as travel/vacation opportunities in Cape Cod, Taos, Lodo Denver, restaurant and entertainment certificates, spa treatments for health and beauty, and many more tantalizing surprises.
This special event is the first annual fundraiser for the Walden Chamber Music Society held in Buena Vista. Party patrons are invited to dress casually in vintage ski wear or après-ski apparel. Free roundtrip transportation from Salida to Buena Vista via the Neighbor to Neighbor van is available on a limited basis. For reservation call Marie at (719) 395-2097.
Tickets for the " Walden WinterFest" are $35 per person. Each ticket includes an authentic German dinner and is good for either one $3 beer or $3 towards a beverage of choice. Tickets are available at the State Highway Theater and at the Buena Vista and Salida Chambers of Commerce. Please note that $30 of the ticket purchase price is a tax deductible contribution to the Walden Chamber Music Society.
