Art Galleries in Salida and Buena Vista Colorado |
 Many of the galleries that jazz up the streets of downtown Salida and Buena Vista are working studios where visitors can see nationally-acclaimed artists' works, and works-in-progress, and participate in occasional hands-on workshops. Arts activity comes to a crescendo in June during the perennially popular Salida Art walk. July is the art enthused month for Buena Vista starting with Art in the Park on July 4th in McPhelemy Park and followed by Buena Vista's spectacular balloon fiesta/art festival hybrid, Balloona Vista is July 23-25, 2010.
Beginning this year, every second Saturday of each month promises a new arts adventure in Salida. Participating galleries will offer extended hours hosting special artist shows, openings and demonstrations along with chances to win unique gallery gifts. |
